Eric H. Linn, Jr.
Founder & Managing Director, Helge Engineering, LLC
Eric Linn is the Founder & Managing Director of Helge Engineering, LLC, providing engineering, operations, and product development leadership from concept through manufacturing and scale-up. He also serves as Senior Director of Operations & Engineering for the Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) program at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR).

With more than 25 years of engineering and operations leadership experience, Eric has held engineering and leadership roles with the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Honeywell, Xylem, and 3D Systems. His experience spans engineering management, product development, manufacturing, operational excellence, and cross-functional team leadership both in the USA and Europe.

At ATDM, Eric leads multidisciplinary teams delivering accelerated, hands-on technical training to develop a skilled defense manufacturing workforce, with a focus on operational excellence, workforce development, and strengthening the nation’s submarine industrial base.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
Chintan Patel
Founder & Managing Director, Wens Engineering
Chintan Patel is the Founder and Managing Director of Wens Engineering an ISO 9001:2015 certified engineering and manufacturing company focused on product development, advanced manufacturing, and industrialization. With more than 15 years of experience across aerospace & defense, robotics, 3D Printing, automation, advanced manufacturing, and industrial technology, he has led complex engineering and new product introduction programs from concept through production.Â

Chintan has held prior entrepreneurial experience with Quotmatic a Saas Start up (exited) and has led engineering and program leadership roles with Collins Aerospace, 3D Systems, Atlas Copco, and Vention, working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver new products, automation systems, manufacturing solutions, and technology enabled processes. His expertise spans technical program management, product development, NPI, industrialization, engineering operations, manufacturing, robotics, and cross-functional team leadership.Â

Through Wens, Chintan is delivering value through engineering and manufacturing capability that bridges the gap between product engineering and production, supporting companies from early-stage design and prototyping as well as precision manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and industrialization. Â

He holds a background in Mechanical Engineering with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, USA and Bachelors from Gujarat Technological University, India. He brings a global perspective shaped by experience working across North American-USA, Canada and Indian engineering and manufacturing ecosystems.Â
